U18 Tyler Rose signs Tender with NAHL Austin Bruins

The CT Chiefs are proud to announce the Tender signing of Tyler Rose to the Austin Bruins in the NAHL.

Tyler Rose came to the Chiefs as a promising 2004 birth year defensemen with goal of advancing to the NAHL. The Alexandria Va native missed almost the entirety of his U16 season after suffering a left knee injury that left his future in doubt. After successful surgery and rehab Rose chose the Chiefs as the organization to help reach his goals. “I came to the Chiefs to play for coach Tenney as I felt it was my best chance to achieve my goal of reaching the NAHL, because of the exposure he and the organization could provide for me.” Rose stated.

“We try to give our players every opportunity to be successful through development and exposure. Tyler has skated twice a day and participated in our Academy through the length of the season and all his hard work has been rewarded in the way of being offered and accepting a tender in the NAHL with the Austin Bruins. I thank the Bruins for giving Tyler the opportunity and I’m sure Tyler will continue to grow and develop next season on his way to college hockey as a Bruin.” Coach Mike Tenney said on the news of Rose Tendering in the NAHL.
